yup, they nerfed Ran again JUST for the episode conclusion cliffhanger...

this Tour two parter is SO obviously promotion materials for these locations/Prefecture etc. that the script is just THROWING facts at the audience without the characters even visiting those locations. there are stills and various animations of stuff happening and bla bla bla and Ran, Conan, or Kogoro has nothing to do with this stuff! also, this Tour has broken the previous formula of the three of them being involved in the case. this time Kogoro is off investigating the case solo, Conan is taking a few pot-shots at the case solo, and Ran is off gallivanting around the area sightseeing solo also.
